Workplace Writing Assistance; Gurugram-Based IIT Alumni Unveil New AI Platform

November 21, 2022
Artificial-Intelligence

Can writing be entirely produced by AI in a time of information overload? A few years ago, The Guardian published an essay written entirely by GPT-3, an OpenAI language generator that employed machine learning to create prose that resembled that of a human author.

The robot, however, did not think of the article. The Guardian gave GPT-3 the preface and a few prompts. The robot skillfully produced not one, not two, but three different op-eds with the same number of original reasons.

The final outcome, which was eventually published, combined all three. In September 2020, something occurred. The next year, IIT alums Mayank Jain, Gaurav Goyal, and Saurabh Wadhawan from Gurugram developed Scalenut, a comparable AI platform. In a another reality, it might even replace writers and take over the entire process in addition to aiding writers in honing their craft.

How does it function?
Scalenut is a SaaS tool that assists companies and individuals in producing unique content with high search engine rankings. The research and writing tool also provides recommendations for each article’s required word count and readability rating. The interface is easy to use and provides a number of content creation options. Scalenut will scan current data in the form of articles, videos, and blogs to develop original, SEO-optimized content that “Google loves” with the simple input of a keyword or phrase around which material is to be generated.

Who is it most appropriate for?
The international platform is great for startups, which frequently struggle with scaling content because it is independent of industry. It is also appropriate for aspiring authors or those who are experiencing writer’s block. Scalenut is useful for creating short-form content as well, such as Quora answers, social media posts, and specific headlines, so it is not just restricted to blogs or long-form pieces.

Price points and customers
Over 10,000 advertisers, content producers, small and medium-sized businesses, and well-known brands use the platform, which operates in 50 countries. It has a range of subscription options starting at $12 per month that may be tailored to a user’s needs, help large corporations, or help startups get traction.
