These 5 Free Courses Are Available For Kids in Subjects Like AI And Coding

April 25, 2024
Artificial-Intelligence

Just like you, your children may find it advantageous to have all this extra time at their disposal if they haven’t caught up on online coursework or exams. Many courses that are directly related to their education, including those on coding, machine learning, or how to be decent samaritans, are available in the digital realm.

Learn Coding with Google

CS First is a children’s computer science curriculum that makes teaching coding simple and enjoyable. Scratch block-based coding and video lectures are two ways that students can learn. Any number of students, all materials, and as many classes as you wish are all included in the free version of CS First.

Machine Learning for Kids

A free resource that offers practical instruction for teaching machine learning systems and creating things with them is called Machine Learning For Kids. Children can use this tool to train machine learning models to recognize text, numbers, photos, or sounds in an intuitive guided environment.

Technovation

A nonprofit group called Technovation invites adults and children to collaborate on leveraging technology, including artificial intelligence, to address significant community challenges.

The initiative’s main goal is to educate everyone about artificial intelligence (AI) by bringing mentors, schools, and families together to explore, play, and create with AI. Children and adults between the ages of 8 and 16 can learn how to use AI tools to solve real-world problems through practical projects.

A.I. Family Challenge

One software that is free to use is the A.I. Family Challenge. It teaches communities and families how to use artificial intelligence in a methodical manner by utilizing the Machine Learning For Kids technology. The program’s lessons include many ideas and tasks that culminate in the production of a final project. The finished product is an AI-powered invention that uses community problem-solving techniques.

Throughout the course, students will learn the fundamentals of using and exploring many parts of artificial intelligence. Families can participate in interactive activities where they can construct AI agents. Families that finish the 10 classes will have a comprehensive understanding of AI by the end of the program. They will also understand how to apply AI to tackle challenging issues in their neighborhood.

CoolMath4Kids

Encourage your child to master the fundamentals of math. This website offers a variety of entertaining interactive arithmetic exercises, tutorials, tests, manipulatives, and brainteasers for your children.
