February 1, 2023
Chatbots

Businesses that are successful work smarter, not harder. This entails being aware of how intelligent tools can help you save time and money, boost your revenue, and, at the same time, create a pleasant work environment for both customers and staff. These seem like high ambitions, don’t they? Sure! However, it is now feasible due to the widespread use of AI chatbots, a single piece of technology that can accomplish all of these goals. Conversational AI chatbots create success, which explains why businesses are increasingly embracing them. Artificial intelligence-powered chatbots increase customer satisfaction, quicken workflows, and improve conversions. Numerous prosperous businesses use AI chatbots and other technological developments to boost corporate growth. The top 10 businesses employing AI chatbots to give them an edge over the competition are listed below.

Bizbike
The largest e-bike seller in Belgium is called Bizbike. As a very well-known e-bike business, they received a large volume of daily inquiries from people who wanted to use their service. Bizbike used AI chatbots to quickly and accurately reply to customer questions. The Chatlayer bots run on straightforward templates that can be set up in just a few minutes. These templates can be modified by businesses to meet their own needs. For Bizbike, the solution was a big success. Bizbike was able to save more than 40 hours a month through effective automation while still having engaging conversations with its clients.

Starbucks
The official Starbucks Barista app hosted the launch of the chatbot at the beginning of 2017. Customers can skip long wait times and lengthy ordering lines by employing a message or voice technique. The company also used digital marketing AI technologies together with mobile order and payment to make it all possible. Using the aforementioned app, customers may place orders for the drinks or meals they want and pay for their purchases. Customers who frequent the aforementioned coffee shop are also eligible to win prizes. Then, these incentives may be used for retail purchases. This only helps to show how useful the company is to its customers, especially those who are doing errands.

Belfius
The Belgian insurance bank Belfius handles thousands of insurance claims every day! In order to better manage these claims and relieve some of the pressure on their workforce, Belfius implemented AI chatbots. Clients of Belfius only need to describe the occurrence to the bot, which can then classify the type of claim involved in each case and transmit it to the human agent best suited to handle it. At this rate, it would take five full-time agents to handle all the inquiries.

Orange Class
India’s Yellow Class is an online learning platform that provides kids with live, entertaining hobby lessons. Numerous new clients who wish to learn more about the service attend their well-attended classes. Due to the volume of requests, Yellow Class began exploring for an automated way to handle these enquiries. They developed a WhatsApp bot with Chatlayer by Sinch that offers a range of reply buttons in order to respond to the most often asked queries more rapidly. Complexer requests were sent over to human agents.

iFood
Brazil-based iFood is an online food ordering and delivery service. The market share it presently holds—nearly 80%—of the Brazilian online meal delivery market has only increased since the Covid-19 outbreak. As a result of increased demand and delivery, iFood drivers now face difficulties providing excellent customer service. To improve customer service for its drivers, iFood used Chatlayer’s Conversational AI Chatbot across the majority of relevant messaging platforms, including WhatsApp and the website. Here, the chatbot helped with both the registration of new drivers and the onboarding of new delivery staff.

Continental Commission
The business uses chatbots to respond to the most frequent inquiries from tourists, and this has assisted thousands of young European adventurers on their travels. Over 700 queries were answered by the chatbot in the first month, while over 150 were directed to a live support representative.

Foyer
Leading insurance and wealth management firm in the globe is Foyer. Foyer required an automated solution to help their clients and free up their staff from having to respond to the same queries all the time because there were so many requests coming in continually in different languages. Foyer was able to successfully respond to 80% of incoming client requests in 125 different languages by implementing AI chatbot.

Spotify
Spotify launched its first enterprise chatbot on Facebook Messenger. It enables users’ chat pals to directly find and share music. Other features include sharing options with a 30-second song preview, search tools, and music recommendations. On use the chatbot software, users simply tap the blue plus (+) sign in the text field to Messenger’s left. The bot will then start when you press the Spotify icon. The window opens with a chat overlay where you may find the music you’ve chosen to share.

Foods Whole
Whole Foods is an AI application that can come up with recipes for you if you like to cook. In response to each user’s remarks, the helpful Whole Foods chatbot in Facebook Messenger provides recipes with nutritional data and step-by-step instructions. Customers also have the choice of choosing or looking for a specific recipe. As a result, they are able to put messages on the website under a variety of headings, such as appetisers, gluten-free, or main meal.

Sephora
Customers can choose from a variety of cosmetic tutorials thanks to Sephora’s introduction of digital marketing AI. This digital personal assistant wants to help those who like beauty and makeup by offering product reviews and ratings when they buy cosmetics in stores. Additionally, Facebook and Kik make use of it. On Facebook, you can find both a “Sephora Visual Artist” and a “Sephora Reservation Assistant,” both of whom can schedule makeover appointments in Sephora locations. Emojis, quizzes, reviews, how-to videos, mobile site or Sephora site redirects, and beauty recommendations are all available on Kik.
