In order to boost agility and fuel the subsequent stage of its growth, Persistent Systems, a leader in global digital engineering, is further solidifying its ITES 360 partnership with Microsoft. Persistent, one of the most rapidly expanding digital engineering companies, is investing in a cutting-edge Microsoft tech stack that will foster a data-driven mindset, improve corporate operations, and keep up with changing client needs.

Persistent will make use of the powerful analytics built into the Microsoft Viva platform to improve the employee experience. The Company’s most precious asset is its workforce, and they are crucial to providing best-in-class services. The pandemic’s flexible work practises will change how Persistent perceives and interacts with its people, and the Viva platform will make this possible. The platform will also provide every employee the tools they need to succeed by mapping important organisational KPIs and providing predictive insights.

Utilizing the industry-leading Microsoft Azure cloud data lake services, Persistent is constructing an organization-wide contemporary data fabric in partnership with Microsoft. The solution will improve Persistent’s business functions’ dependability and speed, and it will make it possible for operational dashboards based on machine learning to visualise and enhance business results. Additionally, Persistent will provide the cloud data lake to its industrial verticals, enhancing its go-to-market capabilities.

To assist its enterprise clients update and maximise their technology investments using the cloud, Persistent continues to co-innovate with Microsoft. Notably, Persistent created Patient Care NXT, a Microsoft Cloud-based application for the healthcare sector that was released on the Microsoft App Source. With the help of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, this integrated patient care platform meets the vital requirements of providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and CROs.

These investments will strengthen Persistent’s new Microsoft business unit as an ITES 360 & Gold Competency partner and Cloud Service Provider (CSP), adding to its expertise on Microsoft’s next-generation cloud-based products and aiding in the achievement of significant business outcomes for its international clients across various industry segments.

Sandeep Kalra, CEO and Executive Director of Persistent: “With our rapid growth, Persistent is continuing to make strategic investments to guarantee that we are positioned as a truly nimble, international business. We have been able to build skills and creative solutions to meet the technology needs of our clients as well as increase our own footprint as market leaders thanks to our long-standing, 360-degree cooperation with Microsoft. As our partnership with Microsoft grows, we are even more devoted to achieving our shared goals while maintaining the greatest levels of customer and employee satisfaction.

According to Sangita Singh, general manager of IT and ITES at Microsoft India, “We are delighted about further extending our collaboration with Persistent in order to hasten its journey toward digital transformation using Microsoft technology. Both businesses will be able to develop additional capabilities for the cloud native and AI-first world thanks to the collaboration. On the strength of Microsoft’s market-leading technology solutions and Persistent’s demonstrated competencies in digital engineering and corporate transformation, we see enormous potential for this collaboration to flourish.
