Artificial-Intelligence

With the release of its new free and open-source self-hostable AI assistant, HaiVE, an on-premise AI research and development start-up, enables businesses to implement safe, automated customer care behind their firewalls.

With this edition, organizations may use AI while maintaining complete control and ownership over their data. According to a statement from the firm, it provides the same industry-leading capability as HaiVE’s hosted AI assistant but houses the entire system inside the private infrastructure of clients to improve security and privacy.

“We are proud to provide an AI-powered multi-role agent with the flexibility of both cloud and open-source self-hosted deployments,” HaiVe co-founder Arjun Reddy stated. These agents are able to engage with one other through a variety of platforms, including Freshworks, Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, and more.”

“Enterprises worldwide inform us that adaptable, internal AI is essential for customizing intelligence to their particular needs while guaranteeing data security,” he continued. We anticipate a sharp increase in demand for on-premise solutions due to the GDPR, CCPA, and other new rules. HaiVE is setting the standard by making our solution available as open-source.”

A hosted version of this assistant is also available from HaiVE, which uses a practical pay-as-you-go SaaS approach. combining easily with widely used software systems like Freshworks and Zendesk as well as messaging apps like iMessage. Scalable startups would find this version ideal since it offers affordable, cutting-edge AI without requiring hardware or installation. It is ideal for expanding start-ups seeking superior customer experiences using AI.

According to the statement, the company gives partners the ability to customize infrastructure or design their own model to meet their demands in terms of growth, compliance, and security.

Established in 2023, this start-up with its headquarters in Singapore provides on-premise AI solutions tailored to specific company needs, with an emphasis on fintech companies in Australia and India. In its pre-seed funding round, which was headed by IppoPay founder and CEO Mohan K, the company raised $1 million.
