Landeed Transforms The Property Technology Landscape With The Debut Of India’s First AI Property Analyzer

February 13, 2024
Artificial-Intelligence

India’s first AI property analyzer function has been released by Landeed, a top proptech startup committed to changing the property technology scene. The AI Property Analyzer, which is already in beta, is a ground-breaking development in the study and comprehension of property titles and has the potential to completely transform the Indian real estate industry.

The AI Property Analyzer provides the whole ownership history of properties, including all past transactions and encumbrances, as well as information from the first to the last owner. It effectively conveys a title that is straightforward and succinct. The algorithm is trained to interpret Indian property documents with a legal understanding.

Enhancing accessibility in property title administration is a priority for Landeed, especially for brokers, landlords, and landowners. Landeed’s novel approach makes it possible for users to quickly and easily obtain a variety of property papers in only a few minutes, such as records of rights (RoR), encumbrance certificates, and 7/12 records. This ease of use is further enhanced by the recently released AI analyzer, which automates document analysis and streamlines the efficient and well-organized extraction of pertinent data. This revolutionary tool saves time and lowers the possibility of error by enabling users to explore complicated property papers with ease.

Declaring, “We are thrilled to introduce India’s first AI Property Analyzer, a testament to Landeed’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the real estate technology space,” Sanjay Mandava, Founder & CEO of Landeed, showed enthusiasm about the ground-breaking technology. Our goal is to enable customers to confidently navigate the real estate market and make well-informed decisions by arming them with state-of-the-art tools like these.

The purpose of this initial release is to collect insightful user feedback so that the feature can be continuously improved and refined based on user insights. In order to guarantee that the AI Property Analyzer continuously adapts to the changing demands of the real estate industry, users are cordially invited to participate in the smooth integration of cutting-edge technology with property title administration.
