India’s Top 10 Drone Technology Solution Providers

May 27, 2023
drone

Drone technology is quickly being used in a wide range of industries, including agriculture, construction, and many others. Drones are no longer just experimental devices used in scientific institutions. The Indian government’s Drone Rules 2021 are offering extra incentives, and the drone business in that country is growing swiftly. The goal of the new laws is to stimulate the growth of a domestic unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) industry and lessen reliance on imports.

The top 10 providers of drone technology solutions in India are:
IdeaForge: IdeaForge drones might be used for disaster management and border security, among other things. For consumers to handle their data more effectively, the company also offers software solutions like a drone data management system.

DJI India: DJI drones are renowned for their reliable operation, high-quality cameras, and ease of use. They are suitable for a variety of industries, including agriculture and film. Additionally, DJI offers a range of software options, such as the DJI Flight Hub, that help companies manage their drone fleets more effectively.

Asteria Aerospace: Jio Platforms, a Reliance Industries company, acquired the majority of the drone operator’s shares in 2019. It makes sense that a giant in manufacturing uses Asteria’s technology to keep an eye on its communication towers. However, Asteria plans to market drone-as-a-service to businesses besides the Reliance group.

Aarav Unmanned Systems: Aarav Unmanned Systems is a technology company that specialises in giving companies access to commercial drone applications. Its drone technology solutions include those for mapping, industrial inspection, mining, roads, and railways. In order to help drone technology solution firms handle their data more effectively, they also offer software solutions, such as a drone data management system.

Garuda Aerospace: For its innovative solutions, Garuda Aerospace has won numerous awards, including the NDRF Award for its products and services. The anti-drone system employs a number of strategies, such as detection and neutralisation systems, to combat foreign hostile drones.

Skylark Drones: Skylark Drones is a drone company based in Bangalore that focuses on drone analytics and on-site intelligence to help businesses make more informed decisions. Customers from the mining, infrastructure, agricultural, and renewable energy sectors are served by it.

Dhaksha Unmanned Systems (DUMS): Founded in 2019, Dhaksha Unmanned Systems offers drone-based solutions to a range of industries, including surveillance, mining, agriculture, and defence. Its extensive product portfolio includes farm drones that are powered by gasoline and batteries. The business has received an unknown amount of funding from Dare Ventures, a venture capital division of Coromandel International.

Dare Ventures: Dare Ventures, a venture capital division of Coromandel International, has made an undisclosed investment in Quidich Innovation Labs. The Dhaksha Unmanned Systems experience is anticipated to be used in the launch of the agritech Drone as a Service model because Coromandel is already involved in agro solutions.

Aero360: Another well-known drone startup in India is Aero360, which was established in 2017 and focuses on creating high-performance autonomous drones for surveillance, monitoring, and industrial surveys. The company offers industrial inspections, security, and surveillance in addition to drones. Over 50 projects have been finished in India over the last four years.

Avian Aerospace: It additionally provides inspection, drone survey, and aerial mapping services. It says it has completed over 85 projects to date and has 15 employees. The use of drones to monitor the environment and conservation efforts is one of Avian Aerospace’s distinctive traits.
