Elon Musk, The Head Of Twitter, Criticized ChatGPT For Being “Woke”

March 7, 2023
chatgpt

ChatGPT has been attacked by users for appearing to be more skewed towards the political left and by Twitter CEO Elon Musk for being too “woke” (a common abuse of the term). As an example, the bot will happily compose a complimentary poem for former president Joseph Biden but not for former president Donald Trump.

When asked to create a hypothetical story in which Trump defeats Biden in the presidential election, it has been asserted that it is unacceptable to depict a phony political wing of one candidate over the other. Yet, the bot will fabricate a story that depicts Hillary Clinton defeating Donald Trump. Musk has been in touch with Igor Babuschkin, a researcher at DeepMind, and other AI developers because he believes that a rival product must be developed to combat this terrible social disease.

Babuschkin claims that the tech tycoon is not focused in easing the constraints put on AI chatbots. The objective is to improve the factualness and logical reasoning abilities of these language models. It requires boosting the accuracy and dependability of the model’s responses, he said.

Rumor has it that initiatives to create a rival language model may also inspire future Twitter functions or grow into a stand-alone lab to compete with OpenAI.

Rumor has it that Elon Musk is searching for collaborators to assist him build a big language model that will be less politically correct and limited than OpenAI’s ChatGPT.
