ConsCent.ai, A Platform For Monetizing Content, Introduces Its Intelligent E-Reader Solution For Publishers

November 14, 2022
Artificial-Intelligence

The launch of its E-Reader Solution has been announced by ConsCent.ai, an Indian firm that offers news publishers and OTTs full-stack content monetisation and user lifecycle management solutions. It’s a system of the future that combines intelligence, engagement, retention, and payments, allowing publishers to use their e-papers and e-magazines to enhance their subscription business. ConsCent’s e-reader solution aims to close the innovation gap in e-publishing services currently used for publishing e-papers by giving publishers back control over their data and enabling them to increase subscription conversions and lifetime value of users using ConsCent’s suite of paywalling, recommendation, and engagement suite.

According to Sunny Sen, co-founder and CEO of ConsCent, newspapers are the publishers’ most valuable and editorially rich content. It loses the capacity to grow, maximise brand recognition, and actually monetize its content if it is restricted to print. Publishers are forced to adapt as consumers and advertisers quickly move online and to mobile devices. But having a presence online is insufficient. A publisher must be able to efficiently monetize their priceless editorial material, which is largely dependent on their ability to comprehend their audience and provide them with a tailored experience using data about their preferences, reading habits, reading behaviour, inclination to pay, etc.

A quick fact: E-papers currently account for nearly 80% of all digital subscriptions sold in India, making them essential for the revenue plan for digital readers. Capturing user data is becoming a crucial requirement for publishers in the internet age due to the ability to consume anything at any time and choose what time of day to do so. Publishers have little to no influence over how users comprehend their behaviour when using the current e-publishing tools, which significantly reduces user comprehension. ConsCent offers publishers an all-encompassing user lifecycle management solution that is fueled by intelligence and insights. In answer to the present need for monetizing e-paper and having a solution that can deliver user data to the publishers, we developed our own E-Reader System for publishers. The only intelligent solution available anywhere in the world for publishers looking to monetize their e-papers through a hybrid and dynamic paywalling structure, attract the largest possible audience for their e-papers through our micropayment and subscription models, in which users can pay per edition of the newspaper or pay for a long term, and gather priceless user data that will pave the way for any future engagement with the users. By delivering publishers a full stack solution for all of their content offerings that unifies the data, simplifies the visualisation, and speeds up decision-making, we hope to lower costs and enhance productivity. The following are some of the main aspects of the ConsCent E-Reader Solution: Reader segmentation, retargeting, and connecting with them Diversify your sources of income using data from a centralised dashboard. Choose, alter, and use different paywalls (hybrid, dynamic) To stop data leaks, use an Identity Access Management (IAM) system.

By uploading PDF pages with a single click, e-papers and e-magazines can be published, organised, and maintained more quickly. Make sure users have a good experience Analyze the E-paper or magazine’s performance using analytics Limit sharing and stop leaks ———- Several intriguing growth statistics include: ConsCent is used by more than 50 news publishers and OTT platforms in India to maximise user revenue. Some of our important partners include the India Today Group (which publishes India Today, Cosmopolitan, and Business Today), the Outlook India Group (which publishes Outlook India and Outlook Business), MidDay, Jagran News Media, Amar Ujala, Udayavani, Amar Chitra Katha, EPIC On, Tinkle Comics, and others. With just one click, consumers of ConsCent’s partners may access premium content without having to create numerous logins and have access to over 7 lakh users. ConsCent’s partners helped publishers make their premium content more discoverable through recommendations, engage with users through audience segmentation-based targeting, and even retain users through a variety of marketing tools—all through a single dashboard. As a result, their paying user base increased by 10X in a year.
