In order to use cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) for the creation of a “Smart Court” system, the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) call to Indian consulting and IT firms.
This would make it possible for the authority to handle customer complaints quickly.
The epidemic has accelerated the e-courts system’s digitization, resulting in the establishment of virtual courts and the adoption of online dispute resolution procedures.
The capabilities of machine learning and deep learning algorithms can be used to support real-time activities like setting hearing dates and generating cause lists, as well as more difficult jobs like document discovery and review.
Interventions at the level of intelligent complaint filling, intelligent filtering or prioritisation of cases or alerts, and case monitoring are other minor tasks that can benefit from the usage of AI.
