Together, the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Masai School, and Indian Institute of Technology Ropar (IIT Ropar) have launched a jointly certified minor program in artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI, ML). The objective is to provide a high-quality educational experience by combining the knowledge of three universities.

“The Minor Program in AI and ML epitomizes our dedication to providing students with a holistic educational experience, blending academic rigour with hands-on application,” stated Rajeev Ahuja, Director of IIT Ropar. We set out on this quest to push boundaries and transform technology education with considerable expectation. Our objective is to develop visionary trailblazers who possess the ability to confidently and innovatively address new obstacles.”

As we manage the demands of the modern business, intelligence (AI) skill training are crucial, according to Atul Kumar Tiwari, Secretary, MSDE. Our dedication to provide students with cutting-edge skills that are highly sought after in today’s job market is demonstrated by the inclusion of AI into our curriculum. AI is a revolutionary force that is altering industries, spurring innovation, and opening up new economic opportunities for our kids. It is more than just a technological advancement. I am glad to see collaborations like this one between Masai and IIT Ropar, and I want the best for both.”

Prateek Shukla, the CEO and co-founder of Masai School, commented on the collaboration, saying, “We are sculpting a dynamic talent pool primed for global success; we are not just transforming education.” This partnership is evidence of our steadfast dedication to changing the face of technical education.

Course on machine learning and artificial intelligence
Professors from IIT Ropar will conduct assessments and engage in talks for students. The course material is divided into seven modules: large language model (llm) operations, natural language processing, neural networks and advanced learning, data management and processing, fast engineering fundamentals, and a capstone project.
