Mental health is very important in this competitive world. Mental health refers to the state of social, emotional, and psychological well-being. India has a high rate of mental health problems and it is important to prioritize our mental health. Nowadays more people are acknowledging and discussing mental well-being. Like physical well-being, we should take care of mental wellness and here we look at 7 ways to protect your mental health.

1) AVOID ALCOHOL, DRUGS, AND SMOKING.

All the above things influence your enthusiastic wellbeing in an unexpected way. For example, exorbitant drinking may cause thiamine deficiency, which may incite a memory issue. Also, drugs and smoking may impact your mental health. Avoid such things, especially drugs. You can have moderate drinks, but excessive drinking is sure should be avoided.

2) STOP WORRYING.

The most important thing which is disturbing your mental health is the habit of worrying. Everybody attempting to emerge from it, yet to no end. It is smarter to make a rundown of your concerns and record it. Take review by analyzing all lists and think about what can be done to overcome this.

3) SPEND MORE TIME OUTSIDE.
