Ten Chatbot Service Companies You Should Be Aware Of

We searched for businesses that appeared on at least one review site and gave preference to those who appeared on several. We used Capterra, G2 Crowd, and TrustRadius as our review resources. The terms “chatbot,” “chatbot provider,” “chatbot developer,” and “chatbot platform” were all used to search each website.

Only businesses with 4.0 ratings or above and at least 100 reviews were chosen in order to reduce the results. This list was cross-referenced with lists of chatbot providers from AIM, Helpjuice, Chatbots.org, and 99signals in order to further stratify it. Companies with a presence on one or more of these lists were given preference over those without. We then arrived at the Top 10 list you see below, which was ranked according to the combined sum of reviews from all three review websites.

Best 10 Chatbot Service Providers for 2023

  1. Company: Intercom
    About: Intercom is a low-code chatbot creation platform that enables customer care teams from more than 25,000 international companies, such as Atlassian, Amazon, and Lyft Business, to personalize customer experiences.

Prominent clients include Amazon, Meta, Atlassian, Microsoft, and Amplitude.

    About: Birdeye is a provider of customer experience platforms that offers a set of tools to assist small businesses in gathering, managing, and analyzing customer feedback in order to produce insights that can be utilized to enhance customer service, boost sales, and increase productivity.

Birdeye helps businesses create a favorable online reputation by providing automated surveys, reviews, and reputation management. To assist businesses foster relationships with their customers and increase sales, Birdeye also offers marketing automation and customer interaction technologies, such as chatbots.
