Since its November 2022 launch, ChatGPT, which is powered by OpenAI, has taken over the internet. In the first two months after its inception, ChatGPT, a chatbot system powered by artificial intelligence (AI), reportedly gained 100 million users.
According to statistics from SimilarWeb, the chatbot had 13 million daily users in January. Notably, ChatGPT reached 100 million users faster than comparable social media apps like Instagram and TikTok, which took 2.5 years and 9 months, respectively.
According to a report from SimilarWeb, ChatGPT experienced its busiest day of traffic on January 31, when it received 15.7 million unique visitors and around 28 million visits overall.
Elon Musk supports OpenAI, the company that created ChatGPT. The conversational bot has been taught to respond in detail and in accordance with a prompt’s instructions. Users only need to enter their question, and the chatbot will respond.
