A new generation of entrepreneurs is sweeping the nation, using artificial intelligence (AI) to develop game-changing technologies that are redefining markets and expanding the realm of the conceivable. In this article, we explore innovation and highlight ten Indian artificial intelligence businesses that are causing a stir with their ground-breaking products.

Heaps: Heaps Health Solutions, a worldwide healthtech platform and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) provider founded by Dr. Suman Katragadda, is revolutionizing healthcare delivery and payment methods through the use of advanced data analytics, AI, and ML. The startup collaborates with important parties like big businesses, payers (insurance companies), providers (hospitals), and patients. With the help of ML and AI capabilities, the platform allows for patient care management and coordination, personalizing care management programs for each policyholder or patient.

Yellow.ai: One of the top AI start-ups in India, Yellow.ai offers the most advanced conversational CX platform for consumer-focused brands globally. It has effectively brought together the strengths of artificial intelligence and human intelligence to enable active learning and large-scale on-demand customer experiences. The entire automation of the customer lifecycle consists of developing, automating, reacting, interacting, generating insights, and deploying. It offers a wide range of platforms with solutions including conversational commerce automation, customer engagement automation, customer support automation, HR automation, and ITSM automation, including campaign management, bot studio, agent-assist dashboard, and proprietary natural language processing.

Data Sutram: 2.07 million US dollars have been given to Data Sutram by well-known investors like Varanium Capital and Yatra Angel Network. This location intelligence startup is situated in Mumbai and provides industry-specific data packages to businesses so they may effectively find new clients. This financing will be used for investments in new data sources and AI operations expansion on a global scale.

RealBox: RealBox Data Analytics offers a range of AI-driven business analytics solutions that produce insights for the organization’s improvement. The company helps big businesses exchange insightful data with executives in order to optimize return on investment. It does this by working with voice assistants and other intelligent personal assistants.

CropIn: CropIn is a clever AI start-up from India that provides the agriculture industry with farming solutions fit for the future. In addition to live reporting, data analysis, data interpretation, and many other features, it provides decision-making tools. Numerous AI-based farm management programs are available, including RootTrace, SmartFarm, SmartRisk, and SmartWare. Additionally, there are six segments: financial lending banks, agricultural input firms, government and advisory services, insurance providers for crops, farming companies, and seed and seed production organizations.

LocoNav: Shridhar Gupta and Vidit Jain created the fleet management business LocoNav in 2016, which is based in Gurgaon. It is a full-stack fleet software firm whose mission is to make fleet technology more accessible to drivers and fleet owners in emerging and fast-growing global markets.

Ripplr: Abhishek Nehru and Santosh Dabke founded Ripplr in 2019; it is owned and run by Intelligent Retail Private Ltd. It provides brands in India with a plug-and-play integrated distribution network. This AI-powered full-stack distribution company is creating India’s asset-light, tech-enabled distribution network while providing brands with distribution as a service (DaaS). This startup company, based in Bengaluru, is developing end-to-end digital and offline capabilities that will allow businesses to test their products in the intended market and scale their distribution from hundreds of large format retail locations to thousands of small stores globally.

Agricx: Agricx is the first AI-based SaaS stack for the agriculture industry in the world and one of the most brilliant AI start-ups in India. Its main goal is to reimagine food supply chain transactions by utilizing cutting-edge technologies to effectively minimize inefficiencies. Agricx-Inspect, a stand-alone tool for quality analysis, Agricx-Procure, an enterprise program for processors, Agricx-Spectral, an inexpensive device for lab-like results, and an open platform for third-party integration are among the products it has released.

Expertrons: Expertrons is a well-known AI start-up in India that provides career-seeking students with online training and development programs using its artificial intelligence video bot platform. To ace interviews for internships, B-School admissions, and interviews with domain-specific experts from leading universities in India, there are interactive video bots available. Aspiring applicants can choose between Expertrons Pro and Expertrons Plus.

JIFFY.ai: Jiffy.ai was established with the goal of fundamentally altering the way businesses get autonomy through the automation of intricate business procedures. The company’s intelligent automation platform enables users to react to change and innovate more quickly. Launched in 2018 by Payeli Ghosh, Krishnan Subramanian, Babu Sivadasan, and Sudhir Sen, the integrated platform leverages cognitive capabilities of AI, ML, RPA (robotic process automation), intelligent document processing, NLP, and no-code based software development in conjunction with a human-in-the-loop approach to power the next generation of enterprise applications.
